Steve Feratu is the police force's premiere homicide detective. His methods are strange, his appearance disturbing, his thirst for human blood off-putting, but when it comes to solving murder cases, you just can't beat this guy.In recent years, crimes around the city have become stranger and stranger as monsters of all sorts found refuge within its limits. Steve, due to his unique abilities, became only detective to go to when cases got weird.
Steve divorced himself of the evil vampire lifestyle while at a very young age. He saw the despicable acts carried out by his vampire brothers and sisters and immediately removed himself from the community. It was in this departure that he became mortal enemies with Count Dracula. Now that he's on the police force, Steve has devoted his life to protecting the innocent, serving the people, and bringing Count Dracula to justice.
